Opportunities for your children to receive God's touch
At River of Life Church, we offer a number of ministry opportunities for your children. We take this responsibility seriously and seek to provide a safe and healthy environment where our children can learn and grow. We are building a legacy, one child at a time.
Our thriving children’s ministry provides a great environment for children from birth to 4th grade.
For our Sunday services, children’s ministry begins after corporate praise and worship for our 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. meetings. At our 10:00 a.m. service, our 1st through 4th grade class begins immediately after the service starts.
Here is a list of the different groups for children:
Nursery and Toddler
Our Nursery is staffed with loving and nurturing staff who’s primary purpose is to provide a safe, clean, stimulating and fun environment for infants, crawlers, and walkers.
Our qualified teachers create a positive experience that introduces infants to a love for Jesus through songs, Bible stories and more. Psalm 8:2a says, “From the lips of children and infants, You have ordained praise”.
- Noah’s Ark: Ages 3 months through 13 months
- Little Levites: Ages 14 months through 23 months
Preschool – Kindergarten
For kids ages 2 years old – Kindergarten, we utilize “hands – on” curriculum that teaches age appropriate biblical truths in creative and fun ways. We use interactive activities, puppets skits, crafts, praise and worship, Bible lessons, and prayer to stimulate and develop their understanding of God. Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it”.
- King’s Kids: 2 year old class
- King’s Kids: 3 year old class
- Kingdom Builders: 4 years through Kindergarten
1st – Fourth Grade
We believe kid’s church should be the greatest place in the world for your child. Kids experience God’s presence through exciting praise and worship, and creative, uncompromised teaching and preaching of God’s Word. The lesson also includes games, prizes, puppets, live characters, etc. Our curriculum is design to help children develop a love for the Bible and an understanding that its truth will guide them throughout their entire lives. Psalm 119:11 says, “Your Word I have hidden in my heart that I might not sin against You”.
